Powder Coated Steel Balustrade & Steps – Mansfield

This project involved the design, fabrication and installation of a bespoke steel balustrade and stair rail system for a raised patio area in Mansfield.

The brief was to create a strong, safe barrier while maintaining a clean, modern look that complemented the brickwork and overall layout of the property. The balustrade was fabricated from mild steel with vertical bar infill, providing a simple, durable solution without compromising visibility or light.

The system was made to measure to follow the full perimeter of the raised platform, including a matching handrail for the steps to ensure a consistent finish throughout. All components were precision welded and installed with secure fixings to the brick structure.

The steelwork was finished in a black powder coating, providing long-term protection against the elements while delivering a sharp, low-maintenance finish.

The result is a practical, hard-wearing installation that improves both the safety and usability of the outdoor space, while adding a clean architectural edge to the property.
