Low-Level Steel Driveway Gates – Nottingham

This project involved the fabrication and installation of a pair of low-level steel driveway gates for a residential property in Nottingham.

The brief was to create a simple, robust gate system that provided clear boundary definition without obstructing visibility across the driveway. A clean vertical bar design was chosen to complement the existing brickwork and surrounding properties while maintaining a practical, low-maintenance finish.

The gates were made to measure to fit precisely between the existing brick pillars, with a double-leaf configuration allowing for easy manual access. Adjustable hinges and secure latch hardware were installed to ensure smooth operation and long-term reliability.

Fabricated from mild steel and finished in a black powder coating, the gates are built to withstand everyday use and exposure to the elements while retaining a sharp, consistent appearance.

The result is a straightforward, well-built solution that improves both access and security, while keeping the overall look clean and in keeping with the property.
